Does God Really Love Me? If So, Why?

God’s love is unconditional, meaning it is not based on what we do or don’t do. His love is not dependent on our performance, appearance, or even our own ability to love Him back. In fact, God’s love is so great that He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins so that we could have eternal life with Him (John 3:16).

It’s natural to feel unloved at times, especially when we face challenges or experience rejection from others. However, we can take comfort in the fact that God’s love for us never changes. His love is constant, unwavering, and always available to us no matter what we are going through.

Becoming a Christian involves accepting God’s love and choosing to follow Jesus as our Lord and Savior. This involves confessing our sins, believing in Jesus Christ, being baptized, and committing to live a life that honors Him. If you would like to learn more about becoming a Christian, our website “Plans with Jesus” has helpful resources and information to guide you on this journey.

The Bible teaches that God loves us because He created us in His own image and desires to have a personal relationship with us. Despite our sin and disobedience, God sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins, demonstrating His love and providing a way for us to be reconciled to Him.

To become a Christian, one must acknowledge their need for a savior, repent of their sins, and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior as well as be baptized. This involves confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
